The mission and purpose of this class certification are to promote a basic electronic component soldering and unsoldering skills that meet the requirement of electronic industry.
Specialist Class
The exams of this certification include: unsoldering all components in a PCB, the MCU function verification after unsoldering, re-soldering all components to the original PCB and layout and soldering components in an experiment PCB with holes . The schedules of the exam are divided into two parts. In the first part, the exam evaluates the unsoldering skills of the examinee. The test items include SMD component unsoldering, THT component unsoldering and unsoldered component function tests. In the second part, the assembly and soldering capabilities of the examinees are evaluated. The examinees need to demonstrate that they are able to finish the assembly, layout and soldering works according to the circuit diagrams.
